Once we've matched your file to a consultant, you will receive your revised application with in-depth narrative feedback within a maximum of 5 - 7 business days.

Every year, we keep a running list of all MD application deadlines across Canada. Rest assured that we are aware of your school's applicable deadline and will ensure your files are returned to you with enough time to make any necessary changes before submitting.

Post-consultant-assignment, we quote a maximum file return time of 5 - 7 business days. However, during peak seasons (e.g., September), we work around the clock to return your files to you as early as possible.

All of our services include complimentary word-trimming up to an excess of 25% above the total word/character count.* If your essays exceed this limit, there will be a small additional fee for the extra work our consultants have to do.

We encourage you to submit your document as close to the word count as possible so we can focus on your best ideas and you can avoid any unnecessary costs.

Please contact us prior to purchase if your essays are in excess of 76% of the total word count.

For each package, we include our recommended number of revisions as well as live feedback & consultation time in the product description. These recommendations are based on the years of previous students we’ve worked with.

Many students end up purchasing an additional revisions and/or live feedback & consultation time after receiving their first round of revisions. When you bundle your order up front, not only do you save time, but hey, we’ll let you in on a little secret, it’s also cheaper!

While we do our absolute best to expand on our thought process and the rationale for our revisions by writing comments directly in your file, nothing beats bouncing ideas off of your consultant live over Zoom.

Many students come up with new ideas after reading their revisions and/or have questions about the revisions they receive. Meeting with your consultant allows you to bounce these ideas off an informed, neutral party and also ask any questions you may have.

If you are stuck between the two options, our general recommendation is to get live feedback & consultation time.

Great question! When you bundle your revisions upfront, this helps save us administrative costs. Those cost savings are passed on directly to you. The discount is calculated by subtracting the price of the bundled revisions from the total price you would pay for the same number of revisions purchased separately.
